Birthday Eve Celebration

I love traditions, and this being the first year that Bella is super pumped about her birthday and all it entails, I was thankful I had the day off before her birthday, so we could enjoy some special things together.

Bella had a special bag of goodies waiting for her when she woke up.

And a special rainbow waffle breakfast too.

After breakfast Bella requested I paint her toe nails, along with watching a Doc McStuffins, and since it was her special birthday eve with mommy, I agreed that sounded like a good plan.

Then it was off to picking out the perfect balloon!  

It's hard to tell, but she picked the biggest princess Rapunzel balloon I have ever seen.

After she had a quick lunch with Grammy, so I could vote, we headed off to the place of her choice, which was Open Gym at All About Kids.  Probably her all time favorite place to run and get out energy.

Afterwards we headed home, and Bella and I both enjoyed a nice nap.  What a great day it was spending time with my Bella for her birthday eve celebration.  My hope, is for future birthdays, for all our children, I will be able to take the actual day off to help ensure our traditions happen from year to year.
