Mommy and Daddy Birthday Celebration

Since Bella was born we have tried to make her actual birthday a special one, even if it is in the middle of the week, without a big birthday party planned.  This one especially being her last birthday as an only child, we made certain to make it extra special.

We told Bella she could pick out whichever outfit she wanted to wear for her birthday party with us, and she chose her Aurora dress.

Way too many gifts from her mommy and daddy.  We went a little over board this year.

Bella loved them both and had him read it on the spot.

Yes, she had many gifts, but this was her FAVORITE by far.  The treasured Doc McStuffins, "with the braids that go down, not up."  Our girl was very specific about this one.

And then this gift, was a special one, as a start to her princess room.  Thought it would be a perfect seat for her once we get started on moving all her baby stuff out (including our rocker we sit in to read).

We had a fantastic time celebrating her birthday just the three of us, and of course Caddy too.  We finished off the night by watching the beginning of Secret of the Wings--the latest Tinkerbell Movie.
