After a quick trip home and a nap for Bella, we headed over to Grandmom and Granddad's for our Christmas Eve Dinner. And more gift opening, of course.
Bella enjoyed helping Grandmom and Granddad open their special photo book that all the grandparents received this year.
Bella also loved the Toy Story bath friends she received from Aunt Sarah and Uncle James.
We enjoyed the yummy dinner, cookies made by Aunt Sarah, and as always the fantastic company of family. And we are thankful too for the many gifts we received--trying our best to show our gratitude this year for the many blessings.
There was also a super special surprise for me, which we didn't manage to get a picture of--but plenty of video. But to save all of you that, I will let you know I got a brand new, REAL photographer quality kind of camera! A Canon Rebel to be exact! Even though it was suppose to be NO GIFTS between me and Drew this year, he somehow bypassed that well thought out plan, and got me a super, duper gift instead.
It's amazing how he can read my mind, because it was just what I wanted! And he had me surprised down to the gift giving, make me believe the giant package was for someone else--when it landed in my hands in the end. Such a great hubby he is!

So much fun to play with!! Just wait until you can play with all the settings and get out of auto mode!
I've taken a few "crash course" classes at a local studio, but for Christmas, Will bought me a 20 week photography class! I'm so flipping excited to get started!
