Each month that passes I look at our baby Isabella and think, where did the time go? At this point she is growing and changing by the minute, and is doing tons of fun new stuff. Here are a few of the favorites:
Bella LOVES pointing at EVERYTHING. We have gotten to the point that we call this her, magic finger because she thinks that it can do it all.
Bella is crawling like a fool now! No more army crawl with her arms, she is truly mobile now, and I still have some baby proofing to do. Not to mention, I am considering having her wear a helmet because she is constantly crawling head first into things--as she is a poor judge at how close she needs to be to pull up.
Bella has really made a move on some solid foods. Here is what she has tried and liked so far: scrambled eggs, prunes, mashed potatoes, cantelope, grapes, chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes, and any and all kinds of bread. She of course still loves her snacks too, especially yogurt and gold fish.
Signs of tantrums have just started to peak this week, as she is more mobile, and we therefore have to use the word no, or take things away from her at times. She is a pro at throwing her head back and pouting, but for now, she is pretty easily detoured or distracted by a new toy or song.
Our little girl is a fish, she loves the water, and thinks she can swim. Seriously. She cannot spend enough time in the pool or lake, and loves sticking her face down in the water. Maybe she will be a great swimmer like her daddy.
