It has been since Drew and I graduated in 2004 that I have had the chance to see an Auburn game in person. Crazy, right? So as fate would have it, this year, on my birthday Auburn was scheduled to play University of Kentucky in Lexington, only a short hour trip from our house. And since we have some diehard KY fans as friends, it didn't take much to jump on the tailgaiting band wagon and enjoy some time with our friends, cheering on our teams, and celebrating my birthday. So from 8am Saturday when we left the Schmidt's doorstep, 'till 2am when we pulled into our garage on Sunday we had a great time! What a happy birthday it was for me!
