Bella's First Gymnastic Class

Our little girl began gymnastics at All About Kids this past weekend.  Because it was our first class, to be filled with lots of new fun things, I didn't take a camera because I knew my hands would be full enough with Bella.  Here are some shots pre-tumbling, in her new leotard, bought just for the class.

Little did this girl know what fun she was going to have.

It appears she was no longer impressed with my picture taking at this point.

All in all, class went well, my little girl was definitely not the shy one. =)  Little Isabella, jumped right in hanging from the low bar even before the teacher started the class or showed her what to do.  She caught on to some of the skills really quickly, and she loved running down the trampoline and jumping into the foam pit.  However, turn taking was not a concept she quite yet understands, so her patience was a bit thin when it came to waiting for the trapeze bar.  And much like her mommy once was in her own cheerleading practices, didn't see the importance in stretching before or after the class.  =) Regardless, we had a blast, and Bella and I both were ready for a nap after the 45 minutes of "tumbling."

Don't worry, it is a 10 week class, so once we have a few weeks under our belt, we will bring the camera and get some good pictures, and maybe even, some video.
