Since Thanksgiving...

In the last two weeks or so, we have had a lot going on.  Two nights before Thanksgiving, Bella had an awful fever of 102.8.  Thankfully it was managed by tylenol and her doctor's visit could wait until the next day.  Because of some issues with my pediatrician over the last 8 weeks, I decided I needed to take Bella  directly to my dear friend Shannon, who is a nurse practitioner and works at a different peds office.  With a fever, runny nose, yucky cough, and cloudy ears, she was prescribed an oral steroid and omnicef.  And after an hour at the pharmacy on the eve of Thanksgiving with my sick child, and the few days following spent at home playing and recovering, she is doing much better.  Oh, and did I mention she was also getting in her bottom two year molars?  Fun times!

While at home we managed to get up some Christmas Decorations…Both inside, and out.

It also appears that a special someone has taken residence in our home this year.  More on this later…

While I can't promise that I will do a better job updating in the weeks ahead, especially with the prep for the busy Christmas season, I do promise to try my best.
