Recently I have been trying to do a little more stuff form me. Be it crafting, baking, or reading--though the first two maintain my focus a little longer for some reason. Regardless, Pinterest is always my friend in this times… Here are photos of my recent efforts.
Here's hoping this wreath brings some luck to our Auburn Tigers--since the first two games have NOT gone well. With a little deco mesh, a wire wreath frame, metal floral ties, and a ton of wooden letters and accents, I created this wreath for my front door. Pretty proud of the end result.
Recently we had old neighbors move out, and new ones move in, so I decided to bake, LOTS using some Pinterest recipes and then some tips for packaging.
Banana Nut Bread
3 ripe bananas
yellow cake mix
1 cup of chocolate chips
Mash the bananas, add the other two ingredients and mix well. Throw the dough into some muffin pans, bake at 350 and have the yummiest banana nut bread, or muffins in my case, ever!
And switch out the bananas for a can of pumpkin, and you have yummy pumpkin muffins (I added nutmeg and cinnamon too).
