Back by Popular Demand

Yes, my belly is growing, and apparently that is still of interest to those of you who are blog followers. =) Because of the many requests, you can see below that the baby is growing steadily and therefore, so is my baby bump. I can actually cradle our little baby/my belly in my hand now. And while you can't tell from the pictures, my belly is even lopsided, because our dear daughter tends to favor the right side of my belly much more than the left.

At my most recent appointment all checked out well. Her heartbeat sounded perfect, and she is growing right on track for 23 weeks--though I still don't understand how measuring my belly determines that. According to my doctor, I should be feeling her move about once a day now. Ha, so she is already ahead of the curve with at least 4 times a day of full fledged movement and activity (could these be a prediction for what's to come beyond the womb?).

We are realizing that the weeks of my pregnancy are now fewer than what I have already experienced, which is both exciting, and also a little nerve racking. Goodness knows, there is so much to do before this little one arrives.
