You would have thought it was the night before Christmas as I anxiously tried to go to sleep last night, knowing today was the long awaited day of the furniture delivery. I think it was nearly 1:30am by the time I actually talked myself to sleep.
As I counted down the hours until the delivery today, I think I did everything imaginable to fill my time and once they arrived, I vacuumed, did laundry, cleaned out her room organized her closet. And it took every bit of self control I have in my body not to escort them up the stairs with each piece and then sit in the room with the movers as they assembled Bella's crib. They did such a GREAT job taking each item carefully up the stairs, and were rather speedy assembling the crib with no more than a tiny wrench. Efforts I know Drew will appreciate, considering he will not have to assemble a piece of her furniture.
All in all, it looks pretty perfect, though I expect I will move the furniture around a few times before I am sure about the placement. Once the room is painted, I will be sure to post the progress on the blog.
