Day 3, Siesta Keys

This is how every morning began in our condo.  Bella woke up around 6:30 or 7:00, and we immediately headed out to the lanai.  There she would paint, or color, or both, until everyone was awake, we ate breakfast then headed to the beach.

Bella with her grammy, enjoying the waves.

We made a stalagmite, or maybe it's stalagtite, sand castle.
Complete with a molt, for Bella to stay cool in.

One of our better attempts at a picture together.
Bella is always ready to give a kiss and a hug to whoever is willing.

After the beach, we headed to my Uncle Tommy's house.  Yeah, that's right.  He has a permanent home in Florida now.  Complete with a pool.  And since this mommy didn't bring along a certain daughters swimsuit, she swam in her undies.  Don't judge.  She had fun.

However, her clothes were pretty wet, following her dip in the pool.  Thankfully my cousin Whitney had some odds and ends around the house, that we were able to put Bella in while we waited for her clothes to dry.

She was so funny in these shorts.  Bella kept asking, "Are these daddy shorts?" Yes, they were boy shorts, but I think its testament that she looks cute in anything.

It was another fun day in Florida.  Thanks Aunt Debbie, Uncle Tommy, and Whitney for welcoming us into your home for dinner and socializing.  And what a great surprise it was to see Aunt Pat and Uncle Barry in town too.
