Memorial Day

Yeah, Yeah, so it was at the end of May, and here we are, nearly to mid-June.  I promise I will get better at updating this summer.  Or at least promise I will try harder to stay on top of it.

Memorial Day weekend was full of lots of family pool time, yet somehow I didn't manage to get any pics of us as a family.  

I did manage to snap some pics at a cookout on Sunday, at Aunt Sarah's house.

Check out these two with their balloons.  Crack me up!

Too bad I didn't snap of pic of her daddy in the chair beside her.  They were sitting the exact same way.  Legs crossed, drink on the arm of the chair, and food in the other hand.  So cute.

The kids managed to get a little pool time in too--which was much needed considering the temperature.

And they served as the entertainment for all the adults as we gathered round, sitting in the shade watching their silly antics.

The worms that were flooded out of their homes thanks to the pool were a big hit too.

These two were so excited about their new friends.

And no, we did not manage to bring any home as pets. =)

We had a great time at Aunt Sarah's and Uncle James' house.
