Oxmoor Pumpkin Patch Party

This has become an annual event for our family, now going on three years that we have made it to the Oxmoor Pumpkin Patch Party.

This year my parents couldn't make it because my mom has shingles, so please keep her in your prayers these next few weeks as Bella's birthday draws near.  Since Bella has never had chicken pox, and I am pregnant, my mom can't be around either of us until her sores begin to heal.  Any who--Aunt Sarah and Uncle James made it, dressed like Superman and Lois Lane. And then Grandmom and Granddad were there too!  It was nice enjoying a buffet dinner together and then heading out to the patch for some pumpkin pickin'.

Bella also LOVED playing with her friends afterwards, running around the golf course, and rolling down the hills--in her Rapunzel dress, like any true princess would do.

There was a costume contest and while our little cutie didn't win, she definitely showed off her fantastic dance moves.

And finally, at the end of the night, Drew and I gave in, and let Bella get a small amount of her face painted.  Small amount or large, this child was elated since this is one of her favorite things to do--ever! And this mommy even let her wear it to school the next day--which she apparently talked about, and admired in the mirror, all day.

Please excuse the picture overload of the night.  I really did pick my favorites, but there were a lot to pick from.

Bella and her pal/twin Eden.

Proud of this family pic--we don't have a ton that really work for each one of us.

Proud of her pumpkin find.

Boogying to the music--do you see that dance finger?!
Where does she get her moves?

Not sure what she is doing here, but definitely a move only a princess does.

Playing into the wee hours with Daddy.

More cute poses.

Proud that she finally got the face painting she had been longing for because mommy and daddy were all out of excuses.
