These days...in a single post

Things have been busy in our house with lots of prepping for little Aubrey's arrival and blogging has been at the bottom of our lengthy to do list.  Drew recently spent a funfilled Sunday taping and then painting her room (3 coats all in all!) after a long day and evening camping with friends. Then, a couple evenings this week he has spent time moving around furniture both in Aubrey's room and the basement.  While I am not ready to give the big reveal for either room yet, here is another sneak peak of Bella's...

Her daddy spent a LONG TIME working on these custom shelves--couldn't be prouder to call this hard working man my husband--and so thankful to have him here to help check off my TO DO LIST.

And then here is Aubrey's.

I recently had my first full exam doctor's appointment too, and got good news--atleast I think so.  I was 35 weeks at the appointment and 2cm and 50% effaced.  Little Aubrey is head down and ready.  This information confirmed how I've been feeling in recent days, though I do know that in reality I could sit at 2cm for the next several weeks...in the end it is all in God's hands, and I am content with whatever the outcome!

Lots of crafting in the days ahead too--thanks to my obsession with PINTEREST--these projects will help round out the two girls' rooms--
--Order photos for Bella's room and Aubrey's
--Hang frames for Bella's room
--Paint frames for Aubrey's room
--Make tissue paper poofs and hang in Aubrey's room
--Cut out and sew pennant for Aubrey's room
--buy and paint lamp for Aubrey's room
--Spray paint bins, curtain rod, and hang curtains
--Get Aubrey's bed ready with all her custom stuff--bumper pad, bedskirt, and fitted sheets!

Now if I can some how manage to do ALL of this BEFORE she makes her debut, you will have one happy mommy!  And if not, I am pretty sure I will still be ecstatic, because once we have our little baby girl to hold in our arms, I will be putting this list in the back of my mind and focusing on the cuddles and night time feedings.
