Aubrey, 3 months old

It is hard to believe that this little babe of ours is 3 months old.  1/4 of her first year has already flashed by, right before our eyes.  Is it possible that those months have felt like mere weeks?  It all goes too quickly!

At 3 months there is so much about you that we love and adore--

You are as cool as a cucumber.
You love snuggling with mommy, you love chilling in your swing, lounging on the floor, and sleeping in your moby carrier.  Really doesn't matter what it is, as long as someone you love is not too far.  You are as content as they come, and it sure takes a lot to get you rowled up.

You share your smiles with everyone.
It really doesn't matter who it is, your smiles are so sweet and you share them with anyone who is willing to take a second to chat with you.  And goodness knows they are so contagious--we can't help but smile right back at you.

You always hold on tight.
This is one of those things that is truly original to you, and I kind of adore it because of this reason.  Whether you are eating or snuggling, if you are in someone's arms, you grab on for dear life.  I especially love when you grasp my ring finger while you eat, or when you clutch my shirt while you snooze in my arms.  The only time this trait really bothers me is when hair is involved--you have pulled out a few of mine and your sister's too.

You always have something to say.
The sounds you make, and the effort you put toward talking is a full time job.  You LOVE trying to talk to your big sister, your mommy and your daddy, and the coos and goos sound a lot more like words than sounds.  You have definitely perfected Hello, and there has been a time or two we have heard something like "Bella."  I can only imagine the things you will share when you have words and sentences to go with all those sounds.

You are your sister's biggest fan.
You adore that girl Bella from the top of her head to the tip of her toes, and it's a good thing she loves you right back.  She remains to be the one and only in our family who can always make you laugh while the rest of us have to resolve to tickling or belly blows just to hear your sweet giggles.  We hope this love and adoration for each other continues, for many years to come.

Things for me to remember--
You are wearing 3-6 month clothes
Size 1 Diapers
You wake up 1-2x per night, sleeping from 8-6:30 most mornings
You take naps in your swing, and sleep in your bed at night
You are trying so hard to sit up and roll over
You love belly time
You discovered and love playing with your hands
You eat 4-5 oz every three hours
You usually take two long naps (1.5 hours each) and a short cat nap before bed
You are teething, though no teeth have popped through quite yet
