I have a very large extended family which is the reason we had separate showers for my family and Drew's family. This shower was just as great as the others and it was wonderful to have the chance to catch up with some of my family members and family friends that I haven't seen for a while. My mom was the hostess though she had a lot of back up help from my Aunt Stacey, one of my best friends Diane, and my cousin Heather. Thanks ladies for helping my mom make this shower a success!
Wendy did an awesome job on these cakes as well! It is hard to see from the pic, but on the cake is a pregnant belly, which was so adorable. Of course, they tasted fabulous as well!
As a part of this shower, people were asked to bring a book, with a message to Bella inside instead of a card. I LOVED this part of the shower, and she will have a book collection like her mommy and daddy before we know it!
And we are so grateful for all the wonderful gifts, not just the books we received on this day. We are beginning to wonder where we are going to put all this stuff!
