Leave it to my brother...

Leave it to my brother to keep me smiling into the wee hours of the night. I am blessed with two wonderful brothers, Michael and Dave Phillip. We love each other dearly, but in reality, life tends to take over and we don't get a lot of time to catch up on life rather than the birthday celebrations and family get togethers here and there.

However, tonight Michael, my brother who lives in Louisville, took the time to call and make light of my current situation. This "situation" is not something you would typically blog about, nor do I care to share the details in the public eye. =) All you need to know is that baby and I are fine, just a bit more uncomfortable than previous months.

Anyone who knows my brother knows that he can make you laugh until your face turns blue, and tears are streaming down your cheeks. And he did just that tonight, on top of taking the time to make sure I was ok. It was so good to talk to him, and his wife Wendy in the background, as we caught up on life. Maybe this little girl is going to help bring me and my brother even closer together. This little girl is doing amazing things in my life, before she has even arrived, and I can't wait to see what else God has in store for her and for us.
