What a wonderful thing it was for Bella to join me for lunch on Friday of this past week. I anticipated this day all week and counted down the hours as I waited for her to arrive at noon. I was grateful that my mom was willing to make the trip with Bella, and thanks to Wendy, as she manned my iPhone, we were able to have some great pictures of this big day.
This was a big trip for Bella too, because while this wasn't the first time for her to visit my school, it was a first for her to meet my students. Some were a bit shy, but all of them were super excited they finally got to see my little baby girl face-to-face. I got a ton of pics, but for confidentiality purposes, there are only a few I can show.
Bella arrived on her 6 month birthday and Ellie was sure to help her celebrate, because Ellie's 10th birthday was May 9th! Ellie kindly gave Bella a Disney book called, "Cuddle Time." A big hit we discovered later that night! Thanks Ellie!
As usual, the office staff was all for her staying the rest of the day. But I think this look says it all! While she had a great time, I don't think she has ever met so many people all at once, in her short little life.
