Caddy received a card from his vetrinarian this week, congratulating him on his new little sister. Inside the card was a list of rules for him and Isabella. I just had to post them because they were just too cute!
1. Don't pull her ears, and she won't pull yours.
2. Don't eat her Cheerios and she won't eat yours.
3. Don't chew her tail and she won't bite yours.
4. No diaper sniffing.
5. Sharing toys is allowed but no slobbering on each other.
6. Barking at each other is allowed but no growling or biting.
The only ones he seems to have a problem with are #2 and #5. And while she could care less if he eats her food or drools on her toys, the drool on the toys is a big bother for me. Not to mention the many times I have chased Caddy around the house trying to save one of Bella's toys while Bella looks on with a big smile. But honestly, if these are the only things we have to worry about, I think I will be ok.
Oh how we hope that Caddy can continue to abide by these rules. He was a big part of our family before Bella was in it, and that hasn't changed. She considers her "brother" one of her dearest friends already, and he definitely makes it all a bit more interesting.
